About us
My name is Nic Yoeko Glover and I am the founder of the headwear brand DTMH (Don’t Touch My Hair). As the child of a Swiss mother and a Ghanaian father, I grew up in Switzerland and experienced racism from an early age.

Even back then, I noticed that the needs of People of Color (POC) are often overlooked in a predominantly white society, especially when it comes to clothing that suits us and our hair.
With my braids, locs, and curls, I constantly had trouble finding suitable beanies. Most hats are not made for Afro-textured hair, which leads to hair breakage or simply doesn't fit properly.
These experiences gave rise to the idea for DTMH. Our pieces were specifically designed to protect Afro-textured hair while being suitable for all hair types.
We want to offer more than just headwear – we want to create a brand that stands for inclusivity, pride, and self-confidence.
Thank you for being part of our journey!
